Change training and coaching

The I3 of change is about training individuals in the tools of change, getting them to recognise their contribution to the business as part of a team and engaging them in change activity.

This includes:

  • Coaching and training individuals in facilitation skills and leadership
  • Developing team working
  • Engaging the team in project activity, such as Six Sigma or Lean improvement projects, Rapid Improvement projects (Kaizen Blitz) and embedding continuous improvement
