As BHW, we have worked on major change programmes in large and small organizations in the private and public sectors, including the Office for National Statistics, the General Register Office for births, deaths and marriages (now integrated with the Identity and Passport Service), HM Revenue & Customs, Aberdeenshire Council, Aberdeen City Council, E.ON (Powergen), BAE Systems, Qinetiq, ALSTOM, Converteam, Rolls-Royce, Cooper Bearings, AgCo, to name a few.

We have also managed qualification programmes such as the EnTra Diploma in Manufacturing Management, the Diploma in Management of Design with Coventry University and Loughborough University's MSc in Systems Engineering.

We have experience of working with representative bodies of industry and commerce, including the Engineering Training Authority, the DTI, the British Quality Foundation and the Paper Federation.
