Or perhaps better said, do you pro-actively Benchmark?
No improvement activity is
complete without that an organization actively seeks Best Practice as part of
learning and growth. A common misapprehension is that Benchmarking means
comparing one’s own organization with their competitors – but that is only one
aspect of it. Best Practice for a given function or process may well lie
elsewhere…and to find it will require a methodological approach.
Newton said it well:
“if I see far, it is because I have stood on the shoulders of giants”.
We have created a one-day workshop which will give your team the knowledge and skills to launch a
Benchmarking study. Please contact us for more information.
