BHW partners with the International Training and Development Academy

Following the successful launch of their London Training Summit at the start of August 2015, the International Training and Development Academy (ITDA) invited BHW to partner with them to help promote training and people development in Middle Eastern countries.  

BHW will help with the provision of  training, coaching and support of Lean, Six Sigma and Systems Thinking.  

At the Summit, BHW Partner Stephen Walsh delivered a short presentation entitled  ‘Living Lean’, pointing out that training is just the tip of the iceberg so far as embedding organisational culture change is concerned and importantly only with Top management active involvement can an entire organization be engaged.
